This is a vintage Simplicity 7544 sewing pattern from 1968 for a cape and dress with two options for length. The dress has a front seam, collar, back zipper and short sleeves. The collarless, lined cape has options for top-stitching, knee or short lengths, and either a purchased frog closure or loop and button closure, with patch pockets. 

Fits a 35" bust but remember that patterns can be adjusted to accommodate a range of sized!
